Good value of money

The highlight was the private bay which is excellent for snorkeling, there are turtles, you can see them when you get away from the corals. This beach is across the road, very short distance and is nice and tidy. There is also a good dive center. Family room is spacious and clean. A nice outdoor seating area infront of the lobby. More than one swimming pool. Overall it was a good value of money. The breakfast egg station chef Zeyad زياد was polite.

No Kittel. AC is noisy. No bathroom amenities refill. Food in breakfast is below average, coffee not drinkable. TV has only 7 channels all in Italian.

Its good and second time for me to visit the facility

Beach is kids and family friendly where you can see corals and colorful fishes and if you lucky enough you would see sea turtles usually for early morning swimmers

Wonderful sea side but doesn’t worth traveling and paying

Staff so friendly and helpful The fabulous beach

Hotel police, is a trap, it considers the 9 year old as an adult. I was shared a complete single room fee to accommodate my 9 years son with me in my room. Of course I had no chance to challenge the management and cancel the reservation “ I already arrived”. Food , although it’s variety, but no taste Cleanliness, the buffet has a lot of flys So bad maintenance, the toilet smiles fill the room all day& we had power of for 2 times with short periods

Good quality/price, private beach with nice reef, staff friendly, but persistent about tips..

Good quality/price, private beach with nice reef, staff friendly, animation good and not annoying, Bay is repaired from wind, so when it's windy it's a must! I made snorkeling and I saw a real marine turtle! Excursions to Ras Mohammed and to Mangrove park are nice and by good price if you book them at hotel.

Workers persistent about tips..I did excursion to Mangrove park, nice but people left garbage there, we had to collect it by ourselves, there is no sustainable/ecological mentality there..it's a pity..food acceptable, location a bit far from airport, I suggest to book taxi in advance, hotel provides taxi service by extra cost. be careful to Titan triggerfish, there is couple living at end of bay on right side (with land on the back as reference), they tried to attack me..excursions to Luxor are too expensive from Mars Alam, from Hurgada they cost approx. 50% less..

Very friendly and helpful staff Food was actually pretty good with wide variety. Please try the local food that is served. It is really tasteful! Rooms were kept tidy.

Overall the place is pretty old compared to what is currently build. It needs a good update. The local currency EGP is not accepted to pay for trips, taxis or tips. Instead they expect euro’s and you to bring lots of them.

- Great coral reef at the hotel beach - I was surprised how good it was. Given it is in a narrow bay, you can pretty much always swim and snorkel there. Also - is is quite shallow at first (ankle/knee high). - Good food, and varied between days. - Clean - tough dated interior.

-Very small plastic cups for drinks at the bar (100ml) - even water is served in these... - We witnessed quite disturbing situation - someone got pulled out of water, unconscious - and the rescue operation was very poor... It took a long time for paramedics to arrive and for a long time CPR was conducted by tourists, rather then a lifeguard...

Good place but avoid the food and the staff responsible for it.

The people in the reception are very friendly, it is comfortable, large rooms and clean.

The food is very bad and the person responsible for the dining is very very rude, try not to eat anything in the hotel only the breakfast

perfect trip

amazing spirit, night shows and after dinner party, beach entrance, how helpful, as if we are all knowing each other and enjoying a one common trip, location is great too

no boiler nor facilities in room although each room has american kitchen but an empty one, no coffee and tea packs in rooms

Cheap and not very cheerful.

Close to Marsa Alam City, Room was very spacious and clean.

The whole place is a little tired, crumbling apart, no waiter service, receptionists require a little more etiquette quite rude.

The food wasn’t that good, minimal diversity of food options. The beach wasn’t of a high qua, We had to walk a very long distance to be immersed in water and even the reef wasn’t appealing at all

Nice vacation at marsa alam

The location is on the high way so the bus can stop and u can easy reach it by public transportation .. the beach is great in a special bay across the street and there is special man to help u cross all the day ... the bay is full of coral reefs and u can see alot of fish ideal for snorkling ... also the room is very large is like a suite and the view from the pool view room room number 12311 is great and the hotel staff is cooperative and give us wifi card as agift and welcome drink...the food in dinner is great with variety every day ...also the animation tem is great with different shows everyday..its worth cost the value of money and its in ideal location near marsal alam ...the pools are great 3 large pools at different levels

The kithchen in the room has nothing no oven and no facilities...there is no wifi in the room or lobby its very expensive and even it is soo weak signal dont recommend at all..no change of towel every day

It was worth it, wish I did stay longer

The hotel is really good the room was very spacious, the beach is very nice with a very nice view. the the staff are helpful and the pool is enjoyable. Animation team are active and a lot to be done yet the program of the animation team finishes early.

The TV in the room not that good, the food was not at its best on a few occasions The distance between the hotel and the city is a bit far.

Aurora Oriental Bay was for me like a Light House in Troubled Waters. Well done !!!!!

I liked everything, all staff working here is very friendly and professional, and at the same time human, which you dont experience in all hotels in Marsa Alam. The property is quite big, has lot of trees and green area, there are few cats, relaxation zone, kids club, mini disco, evening program on daily basis, it is definately worth it to buy all inclusive system. Hygiene is a top priority here, as well as esthetics in the lobby where is even a large piano. When I was in need due to health troubles, I got a real help here. There were mainly Czech and Polish guests, also some German, Egyptians, Belgians and French, which created a really friendly and nice atmosphere. When travelling alone, it is always nice that you can have a short conversation with others. Thank you very much for all your hospitality, friendly treatment and big help.

I cannot recall anything special, I was very happy here.

The beach was extremely nice .It is a nice place to relax. The snorkeling was amazing (Don’t forget yours full snorkeling tools) .

It needs a major upgrade.

It needs a major upgrade. Everything in the property is falling out. We only stayed there because it was close to a diving spot. Food was bad as well.
